We all have a desire to build new habits, but we fail because we don’t know how to make these new habits stick. In this post, I am going to give you 3 secrets to building new habits.
Let’s start at the beginning….
What is a habit?
A habit is defined as a settled or regular tendency or practice. Habits are little shortcuts that our brains create to do things as efficient as possible.
Routine is very important for a new habit to stick! You have to commit to your new habit and execute everyday!
You have to be able to recognize the difference between good and bad habits.

Now that you know what a habit is it’s time to reveal the secrets to building habits:
Choose a habit that improves your quality of life in a major way. Something specific that can be done each day (reading 10 pages a day, running 1 mile every day).
Get 1% better each day for a year. Here’s an equation to break this down for you:
1.01365 = 37
This means if you get 1% better for 365 days you will be 37 times better than when you started.
