Creating a course on a topic you are passionate and knowledgeable about is a great way to bring in passive income.

How to get started?

  1. Pick a course topic
  2. Plan out your modules/course plan
  3. Produce your course content: filming, editing
  4. Research the best platform to upload and sell your course (Thinkific, Skillshare, Udemy)
  5. Come up with a price structure
  6. Sell and market your course

Write an eBook

Choose a topic you are knowledgeable about or that your audience wants to know more about

Create an outline

Utilize Canva or a simple Google Doc to create your eBook. I suggest Canva for the appropriate graphics, make sure to download your eBook in PDF format!

Sellfy

Flip retail products

Find a product on clearance at stores like Ross, Burlington, Platos Closet and/or Goodwill. Take that same product and flip it for 30-70% more on platforms such as eBay, Mecari, Poshmark and/or Facebook Marketplace.

Create a blog or YouTube channel

A blog and/or a Youtube channel is a great way to bring in long-term passive income. Once you put out your blog post or YouTube video it is able to earn money forever. Now, this will take some hard work and dedication but the outcome is worth it.
